Digital Brand Strategy
Beldi Craft Handmade, rooted in Marrakech’s artisan heritage, creates ethically sourced, handcrafted products celebrating Moroccan culture. Despite exceptional craftsmanship, their online presence was limited to local markets, with minimal engagement on Instagram (1.2k followers) and Facebook. Their goal was to break into international markets (Europe, North America, and the UAE) and position themselves as a premium, culturally authentic brand. Challenges included outdated visuals, inconsistent branding, and no data-driven strategy to compete with mass-produced alternatives.
Project Objectives
Build Brand Authority: Establish Beldi Craft as a trusted name in luxury handmade goods.
Drive Engagement & Sales: Convert passive followers into buyers through curated content and ads.
Cultural Storytelling: Highlight the artisans’ stories and traditional techniques to differentiate the brand.
Key Challenges
Low Brand Awareness:Generic product photos failed to convey the craftsmanship or cultural significance.
Minimal engagement (2% average rate) due to poor storytelling and lack of Reels/Video content. No Strategic Content Plan:Inconsistent posting (1–2x/week) with no thematic cohesion or seasonal campaigns.
Missed opportunities during holidays like Ramadan and Eid.Ineffective Ad Experience:Previous DIY Facebook Ads had high CPC ($1.80) but low conversion rates (0.5%).
No audience segmentation or A/B testing, leading to wasted budget.
Solutions
Client Testimonial
“Moroccan Digital Hub didn’t just grow our followers—they told our story in a way that connected deeply with global audiences. The 55% sales boost allowed us to hire three more artisans, preserving traditions while scaling sustainably.”
